Anyone else remember this?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40tNta_3qBQ

Thats the whole concert there, back when i was at college i used to be into a lot of trance music and rap. Most of my mates were into metal though, but i never really got it.

Then one of them showed this when it came out, was on VHS. That concert got me right into some of the stuff, and went through a stage of being into metal.

Watching it back even now i think that tour was immense, standard of music in that genre anyway these days isnt the same.

I know nothing about playing instruments, is the raw bass riff entirely produced by the bass? or a contribution of them all? seems a lot of power from one guitar

7 string guitars + massivly dropped tuning is where the sound comes from. Fieldys bass slap produces more of a tap than a bass note.

They're standard 7 strings dropped one step to A. That tuning is considered high nowadays Orgy's guitar tone is sooo much bigger.

Love Fieldys signature tone, shit loads of mid range and fuck all else.

I remember going into Our Price with my Nan to buy this when I was about 12 fucking awsome!
