Try random emails in the email field and click "forgot password" for every one, then check every address you put in. Don't think there's any way of knowing which email you used as it would be a security leak from myspace.

Another way is to contact myspace

Also, you can search for users using an email address. I tried your old msn one but it didn't come up.
