Like a dremel, but a bit more bigger/powerful, that allows you to use a cutting disc to cut metal
I can find air powered ones
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Air-Cut-Off-Tool-Angle-grinder-metal-75mm-50-DISCS-/270896746644?pt=UK_Air_Tools_and_Compressors&hash=item3f12b45094
but cant seem to find anything electrical based? seems odd

I need something like this too, angle grinder is too big even with a small disc.
I've tried to use a dremel to cut metal before and it was useless

yeah i used 1mm disks at work in my grinder,
also you can get bigger more powerful "dremel" type tools,
i used to use one with a flexi coupling for fettling castings,

Cutting discs for grinders are about 1mm thick. Will be able to do it easily with a grinder.

angle grinder will work....
I used air hacksaw and air cutting disc (---| ).... easy peasy
Other options for large flat sections are jigsaw or a scorpion saw type thing with a metal blade.
great saw to own
