Shower, as soon as i can get out of bed i go for a shower, then get dressed, coffee, then a smoke, then a poo

Listen to Moyles for half an hour from half 6, then I check phone, stick porridge in microwave, get a shit, shave, shower, eat porridge, go to office.

I go onto the BBC sport website on my phone in bed, then up brush teeth and get shower then leave the house as quickly as possible.

press the snooze button then sleep for 15 more mins before my alarm goes off again, then check various sites on my phone for 10 minutes before getting up and dressed, brush teeth and wash face, cup of tea and 2 slices of toast then off to work

never understood the whole going on facebook/forum browsing first thing in the morning before getting up for work.

i'd rather spend 10 minutes extra sleeping then telling people on facebook:

A) i'm awake
B) it's cold
C) random other garbage that most people say on there
