Just a few pics of a bit of custom work I have been doing for Jonny Bravo, its a twin pod which is a direct replacement for the digital clock from a corsa b centre dash panel.

Hope you like it

Shouldnt the the right gauge be set futher back than the one the left?

Due to the angle it will make the left gauge harder to read as it will be blocked slightly by the one on the right due to it sticking out so much?

Flocking is cheap though, I'd rather make one myself then take it to get flocked. You'd be able to make it for free near enough.

exactly, not saying it isnt nicely finishe,d it looks well neat... just saying, its made with two spray can lids and some hot glue shoved ontop of a cut up MFD... If it was completely fabricated, properly, from the base up, then it'd be nearer to the worth of that price tag. From parts in my sheds and garage i could probably make about 6 of them without having to spend a penny.

Think people jsut see flocked and immedaitely go £££

isn't that the mould? I don't think the can lids are apart of the finished product?

to be fair you can get the audiosport one and still keep the use of the clock, display and temp gauge for less then half the price

Thanks for the comments guys, the pod is made from grp, the lids where only used for the production of the plug, these pod also has the mounting points so it is able to be screwed into the dash. The angle is perfectly fine when in situ, the reason for the angle position is to ensure the front face of each guage is in line with the dash, hard to explain with out viewing it in person.
Price is relative to the amount of work needed to produce this, it may not be to everyone's taste and it has probably priced itself out of the market for most
