Looking for a decent set of wellies, wondered if anyone has any experience.
A friend of mine just bought a set of Hunter Neoprene, which looked ok, but didnt look very comfy inside.

Can anyone recommend any decent wellies which would really be very comfy? ideally some fur lining

these Rok Neoprene's looked ok

Having lived on a working farm all my life all I can say is NORA

By far the best wellies you can get. they have no lining meaning they can be dried with a towel instantly if water gets in and all you need is a decent pair of socks if you get cold feet.

Any real farmer will wear these

Muck Boots are more comfortable than Noras. If it's raining or I'm doing a job where I might get wet washing the trailer out or something I've got my waterproof trousers on over the top so no water gets down anyway

Muck boots definitely. Mine lasted 4 years. Only better boots I have are my Ariat Grassmeres, but they cost £225. I work on a farm and own horses so live in mine 7 days a week. Even wear them to the pub!

But I just wear cheap £10 steel toe and mid sole ones for work, but I wear riggers most of the time.

yeah, I think Chameau are the really top end boots. £70 was bad enough for a pair of wellies, let alone £170

Depends how often you wear them I guess. If you wear them regularly £70 isn't that much. I wouldn't spend £170 on them though.

I have a brand new pair of Dublin Deluxe neoprene wellies in size 11 for sale. They are really nice navy blue ones.

I need a different size but can't return them so need to sell them. They are £40 retail, if anyone is interested then make me an offer!

ski-tex are awesome, warmest boots ive had.
eiger boots aint too bad but only ever seen them in fishing shops
