Any suggestions? currently running a 802.11g or w/e and can only handle up to 54mbps, looking for a N Card or that can do 100mbps.

Its a Virgin Media Super Hub, So yes i believe so.

Just get a USB one that does 802.11n 150 or 300Mbps. Cost to you between £10-£20 for one (don't buy it from PC World or places like that, buy it online it's cheaper).

USB interface?

Avoid anything with an Ralink chipset in. They are hopeless.

Internal PCI-E cards, stick with Intel. Best driver support by far.
