We've been invited to her cousin's wedding in June but as they're massive World of Warcraft geeks, there is a theme of Mythical and Magical for the evening. Apparently, in this instance, Mythical doesn't mean, Greek/Roman/Ancient history etc, its purely about WoW and apparently I'm not allowed to go as Ezio out of Assasins Creed and nor am I allowed to have concealed weapons
What in the fucking name of all that's geek should I wear?

I don't really want to go but as her ex never went to a single one of her Family 'events' in the 8 years that they were together, I feel kind of compelled to

I would just not go. If it were a birthday or something then fair enough but not a wedding. I don't like weirdos or condoning odd behaviour.

Will everyone else be dressed up? Surely not?
Maybe ask the B&G for ideas?

Would they rather you come, or come dressed as the wrong mythical creature.
Lucky anyone wants to come tbh.

There was clearly a good reason why he gave them a wide berth

Can just see him walking in as an "incorrect" creature and the music stopping, and everyone stopping what they are doing, and staring, tuttting and shaking their heads

Bit of an odd wedding theme though Twitch??
If they like goblins etc thats fine, but not at a wedding, and to expect everyone else to dress as one too?
