...Surprisingly my holiday was quite educational, I did not expect my friends to want to do the below. My brother got me a book full of things to do. Here are 2 of them:

Portsea - Immigration hopsital and WW2 army base:



Immigration check in:

Hospital:

Clothes and belongings were subject to formaldahyde cleaning:

Prisoners were laid face down on here and whipped. They wore a leather belt to protect their kidneys:





Next we went next door and were arrested and processed:

We were placed in cell, she locked the door and turned lights out:


Padded cell:

Exercise yard:




Original Ned Kelly armour in Melbourne Library:



Portsea is a National Park and free. Melbourne Gaol was $24.

At first i thought the place was one of those old buildings which youre not supposed to be in. Looks interesting.

that safe door doesnt have enough locks .

Hehe i have done most of them. Phillip island was awesome. Atherton tablelands in QLD is immense. Port douglas at night
