You got it connected to the thick blue and red rather than the thin blue and red?

No it's connected to to the thin red and blue wire that comes out of the fuel pump relay to Corsa 9 pin plug...there is a thicker red and blue wire that's part of the c20xe loom??

Yes engine ran and car ran before conversion and yes there is a spark just no fuel?? Is it the thin red and blue wire that you connect at the 9 pin plug or do you cut into the thick red and blue and connect that?

Take it out and Test it on a car battery, if it spits out fuel thens it's working, if it doesn't then it's fucked.

I'm not getting any volts on the thin red and blue wire that's attached to the fuel pump relay, what about the thick red and blue wire? I have only connected a thin red and blue wire, where is this thick read and blue wire go? Onto the xe fuel pump relay??

Use the thick red and blue wire mate. I had a 20XE engine, I just spliced the thick red and blue from where it comes out of the ECU straight to the fuel pump live.

It might sound stupid but there are 2 red/blue wires coming out of the 9 pin plug 1 is thicker than the other, these are both connected to the matching wires on the fuel pump relay....there's also a really thick red/blue wire coming out of the fuel pump relay that goes of into the c20xe loom or ecu?? Then that leaves a red thick wire coming out of the fuel pump relay that's not attached?? Is this the wire you talk about splicing into??

No thats not the wire I'm on about splicing into but I think that thick red wire is live to the fuel pump relay? Someone will hopefully confirm that either way. Get the fat rectangular plug that plugs into the ECU, there will you need to splice the thicker of the 2 red and blue wires straight onto the fuel pump live.

Ok which is the fuel pump live wire? I would a pic up but don't how from my phone? And all the other wires in the 9 pin plug are correctly matched up!

So I put the fat red wire and splice it in to the fat red/blue wire that goes from the fuel pump relay to the ecu?

Tell you what mate, ignore that fat red wire for now and just splice the bigger of the 2 blue with red trace wire from the fuel pump relay and connect it to your fuel pump live terminal.
