i used my old college pass to get them off, then some white spirit and SRP aswel as abit of elbow grease to clean the residue off and polish it up

Heat up with hairdryer, to loosen the glue, then as above.

wd40's good for getting the glue off aswell

much easier way is a toffee wheel or caramel wheel (whatever you know it as) its a air tool

yeah toffee wheel is the way to go so much easier if you cba with a bit of rubbing with white spirit or thinners etc..

i use a hot air gun to de-badge, badges come off a treat
