I have had my car sat in the garage for nearly two months now. Just checked dipstick and it looks a bit gunky. There is no cream on oil cap or in the header tank. Would a service sort the problem when i put the car back on the road at the end of the month.

Should really be in Help Zone
However. the gunk on the dipstick is probably just condensation. Id give it a run and get it warm. then chainge the oil when you start to use it again.
