It's not about that, it's subliminal marketing to an extent. When a guy see's tit's it starts to kick in the chemicals that make you feel good.
This advert will be getting much more exposure (pun intended) to more audience than it normally would increasing his chances of 1 person out of the hundreds/thousands looking at the advert.
