Just sent my phone away to them this morning, anyone used them before? What was your experience. My phones in pretty good nick tbh so im hoping i get the full price.

ive used mazuma, so long it turns on they pay full whack, cosmetics dont really matter to them because they sell the phone as parts or refurbs in places like india and make themselves a packet

They took £20 off my last iPhone for a hairline crack on the rear.

Didn't complain though as there was a list of other problems with the phone they never noticed

My missus sent her phone off to them online they said she'd get £26 providing it works, which means switch on/off and charge ok etc. They sent her a letter saying that the side button is slightly broken so they'll only giver her £15 for it, so missus said she;ll have it back, and when she did recieve it the back of the phone was broken, they admitted fault and sent a new back out. Sent it to Mazuma and gave her the price shown on their website.

I sent my Desire to Mazuma. Got the full amount. The phone turned on but after 5 mins or so *heated up* it would freeze and reboot. They never noticed

Sent my iphone 3G to Mazuma it had some cosmetic issues......... missing vibrate switch, I got full price. Mazuma ftw imo!

I sent all the old phones off I had lying around at home, ended up with about £150 altogether that was off mazuma, no problems at all, got the full quoted price for all the phones and a cheque within 48 hours of sending them off!
