Are 17" with 205/40 the same size radias as 16" 195/45 or iam just being a fool

there are vaious tire size calculators on the net whcih can be used for this scenario.
Search for pauloaltospeedo - may be of some help. You can input tyre sizes thee and it'll tell you everything.
