I am currently looking at buying a 51 Plate 1.0 Corsa, 72,000 miles on it and has Full Service History. I was wondering what are the main things to look out for on this type of car?

noisy timing chain (most are noisy though) snapped suspension springs, gear linkages are common problem too

Movement in the steering wheel means a shagged column which is pricey to fix
