Now folks,
Im after a camera, needs to be able to record hd movies, to be used to take pictures of my kids when out and about. Ie on holiday, days out
Been using my phone (htc sensation )and a cheap Sony camera that was 12mega pixels,
Any one recommend a good one? Will have up to £200 to spend.

Don't understand what you are saying? 200 for a good camera I would have thought that was more then enough for what I need it for.

It is mate, I was just playing.
What Marc meant is that when he said '£200?' he meant the Nikon D4 (which is about £6000).

I'd be looking at a Lumix or Coolpix.
Can get a couple of Finepix bridge camersa for £200 but obviously bulkier.

for alittle over budget you could have a look at the Nikon Coolpix AW100, i've never used one personally, but depending on where you're planning on taking it might have some handy features, 16MP, HD movies, waterproof, shockproof and freezeproof, even has a built in GPS.
now for the best part, you can get it in camouflage

Sadly not, as I am still a novice! Did you get the 18-55 lens as I know Jessops were selling recently with a differant one.
