Well after being away from vaux for just under 12 months with the saxo I was looking for a bigger car and something just much better than a saxo! Then I got offered this off the brother in law for a proce I couldn't refuse.
Done a fair few miles 105,000 but most were motorway miles and it all runs and feels tight as a button. To say I'm happy is a understatement
Quick spec:
1.8 16v
Eleccy Windows, Mirrors
Cruise control
Air con
Only got the CD30 in at the mo but want to change that
Plans are get my reg put on it and to just tidy bits up and a few tiny mods maybe not much.
Well here's some pics

Couple of small updates, nothing special.
Debadged the rear and pushed a bit of the dent out on the boot, still stands out like a sore thumb so it will be going into the bodyshop:
Debadged:
After messing with the dent:
Fitted my private plate with pressed plates, like these alot
Front:
Rear:
When I get back from my holiday car will be going in for cambelt & water pump, discs and pads all round and a full service. Then wheels will be coming off, new tyres and a refurb with a colour change not decided what I'm doing yet tho probs a light anthracite colour

As you can tell they were painted shit and i didnt like the black to I refurbed and resprayed them as they had a few kurb marks anyway, so heres the pics
Rubbed down and most marks taken out
Primer

I do still prefer the pre facelift wheels it had on it but like I said saved me money on four new tyres and I am intending to change wheels altogether soonish just finding other things to spend my money on atm

Not updated this in a long time so here's a few little things I've done:
Well I decided to get some new tyres was on 215/50 decided to go for 205/40 all round so I could go a bit lower, ended up going quite a bit lower took my helper springs out and with a bit off messing and the new tyres it looked like this
Clearence
Next to my mates vectra
Then it did some more miles
New front discs and pads
Then I put some 20mm rear spacers on
Before
After
Pictures don't show it well but it has made a massive differnence
Then it snowed
Oh and these are the wheels I've finally decided to go for, when summer arrives
And that pretty much brings it upto date

Yeah it really bugs me the passenger side front wing and door got done before I had it, I do need to pull my finger out and get all the paint sorted out, just finding the time between three jobs is difficult

Yeah yours would look aswsome but you have some nice power to play with, reason I decided to go low is because it's slow have to go the long way home from work now because of bumps I can't get over
