For the wife's Astra.

Looking at about £60 ish each.

Don't need to be high performance but they need to be safe.

Been on the usual websites but don't know which are good at this size/price

They any good? Never pushed them and I hardly drive the Astra now i'm an Audi snob.

Any tyres will be 'safe'

Probably just stick to what's on? Or look at other familiar brands.

bridgestones are decent yeah t001 would be fine. we have them on wholesale for 45 quid each i think so probably be able to get them fitted about 60 each id have thought or a little bit over that

Think I'm gonna go for some Kumho Ecsta SPT's £111 for a pair. Local geezer will fit both for a tenner.
