3 years NCB = £651 a year
4 years NCB = £651 a year

depends on the company. what car is it? if its a specialist vehicle it may be on a specialist scheme. if so, some of them do not rate on NCB. what company is it with?

Some companies bum off NCB, others don't GAF and just reduce it when you're 25.

I'm 26.
Is the cheapest quote I could find, seems rather steep for an old Megane.
I just thought it was somewhat day light robbery that doing a years driving to earn a no claims bonus then getting £0 for it was a bit. .

That's really steep, that would somewhat offset buying something with amazing mpg.
Do you have 5 years NCB?

I have four years no claims bonus at the moment but on the 22nd of this month I will have 5 years.
My postcode is pretty bad, I think it's a D or an E, BR1.
Apart from getting something newer like a IQ or aygo, the Renault Clio dCi seems the cheapest option, even over a 1.2 petrol version.
Just find it a bit silly there isn't any savings with NCB with some schemes, companies or situations.

It's a con.
Also annoys me how they want to know if you have been in an accident regardless of who's fault it was. Just another excuse to bump your premium up.
