The top end ones a pretty good. (the ones with the cd loading trays etc...) the lower down ones are CRAPPY.

I got a CDX-MP70
Can't say anything bad about it really, it looks like it's worth what i paid for it, does what it says on the tin really.
Sounds a hell of a lot better than my Kenwood did as well

i only want an entry level head unit, £100 is a good budget to work around for me. i was lookin at CDX-L1410X
looks smart, looks to be better than my old JVC unit. just wonderin but its not like im gonna have a massive system so it will prob suit my needs anyway

dave the MP70 is great for putting the PS2 thru! Only problem i got with my MP70 is that the laser pickup is makin a noise...

i got the MP730...i love it...i would recommend them.
My m8 has got a £230 halfords sony unit, and he has had no problems so far... His was a basic model.
I would recommed them, and for my next upgd id get the MEX HD 1!

As said high spec ones are good, had friend who had entry level one and it was crap, buttons kept breaking not working, have a look at an Alpine one really.
I got a pioneer, had it 16months now, neva had prob with it, but should of bought alpine.
