I after one of these http://www.12inchskinz.com/products/Native-Instruments-Kontrol-S4-Skinz-%252d-Colors.html without paying over the odds off that site and the mega high shipping costs.
With the template off their website would this be easily replicated or would whoever made it need the controller to get the measurements perfect?

If you had measurements it could be made to line up. That image isn't high enough quality to get the text off it though. Needs to be printed on to vinyl which narrows down the number of people who could do it.
