The bolt is rounded, it's a t40 how do I get I out? Cheers

It should only be done up to about 25nm so not tight.
Can you get in tap it round with a chizel or get in through the o/s arch?
If it's too hard to get too, it' an engine out job

Chisel and hammer, either hit a chisel into the bolt itself and tap it round. If that doesn't work chisel into the Allen key hole on the tensioner and hit it, that should slacken it off.
