The limit is 18kts maximum crosswind component, but you do really notice it when you're flying the approach looking out the side window (slight exaggeration). There's a knack to it though as you've got to kick the aircraft straight just before the wheels touch down

Had a landing like that at Leeds a couple of years ago, you could see a clear divide on the plane between people shitting their pants and the macho's laughing it off - then when we could all of a sudden see the end of the runway out of a side window - the entire plane converted to the shitty pants crew
