I've just gotten one of these, Pioneer DEH-1400UB. Makes a very nice noise imo Ordered here http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/ at 3:30pm and it came the next day

Sony BT5000, I have had it since I had my Blue Corsa so since about 2007ish I think. It still out performs most of the stuff on the market

I've got this one;

Without the 3.5mm jack though; have to use RCA>3.5mm adapter cable fed from the back.
Long been discontinued now and replaced with a newer model, but does the job and is very robust!

I usually just use standard ones and adapt them for my needs, looks cleaner that way and less likely to have a scumbag breaking in.

This is what i have in the corrado, with the ipod lead, my only boggle is that it doesn't charge the ipod while using it, a bit gash, you have to pay extra for ipod lead, then extra for some charging kit.
Works out quite a bit more expensive by the time you add on the bits you need.

yup The joysitck doesnt work properly but the remote control has taken over its duties

connects to my iphone via bluetooth and/or cable and has option to install a freeview TV and also rear view camera........! superb unit
