Need anybody's help, really stuck.
There has been loads of things already tried and its 100% an electrical problem, need somebody's help who is good with auto electrics. Most people as soon as i mention its a conversion they won't touch it.
The car has spark and fuel but it just won't fire, just keeps turning over
I bought the car, it ran for 5 days and its been off the road for over 3 months now, I'm very desperate for somebody to help.
The cars wiring is quite messy and the alarm has been removed please help!

look for the ignition live is it a dizzy c20 or coilpack anyways should be a black wire comes off the loom down by either off these and connects to a plug small and black thats what id be checking for

If wiring is messy, first thing I'd be doing it putting a new loom on

I had a breakdown in my XE once, lost all power and the car would turn over fine, chucking fuel in but just wouldn't fire over... it turned out to be a 50p plastic clip thats turned the cam, it has broken and therefore wasn't turning it so the engine wouldn't fire. I don't know the correct name for it but my dad referred to is as a "bulldog clip".
just throwing this in to the mix for you to eliminate

Ive got a new engine loom on generation, and thanks gaz, ill have to take a look. Thanks everybody btw really appreciate the thoughts I'm so desperate
