Suspected bent valve.... Checked them all out and seem fine.... Won't know till it all goes back togeather though and it gets fired up......... :s

Jumped two teeth on cambelt and was missing like a c**t........ Should of done a compression test..... But. In 15mins of rage I stipped it and took the head off

Done head gasket and checked the head wasn't pourus as I was getting oil coolent mix... So had head off, put it back togeather, ran up for a total of 40mins, turned it off and on 3 times during that time.... Then started it up to take for a drive and immedidatly if was missing... Checked timing and it was 2teeth out

Have you had any luck with this mate?
Do all the pulleys look ok? is it possible the water pump has collapsed and caused the belt to jump for example?
Sounds stupid but have you checked for spark and fuel in all of the cylinders it 'could' be unrelated to the teeth jumping although i think its extremely unlikely.

*update*

All back togeather.... Started up and ran ok, slight intermitent misfire underload (load site 3 or 4)

Other than that seems ok... Need to get up early and hook up acelator cable, alternator bracket, put in some coolent and road text.... Pack bag and leave by 10:30 am...... I'm shattered and a chest infection aint doing my any favours.......
