anyone ever used them?

did you have as much trouble as im having?

booked the 3 days later get a call to say its more expensive (price stays the same on the website for well over a week)

ring up and be told there is a wait of a minute so ring back in 5 minutes - this happens at least 4 times

change a passenger name get charged £130 and they then spell his name wrong

FUCKING COMPLETE TOSSERS!

Dont budge with them they were awful for me, I started a thread a few weeks back about problems with them.

I replied to that thread a bit back and said how helpful they were. Probably the best customer service I've ever had.

I booked with them this year. I wont be doing again. I send them emails, to which i dont get a reply so I call them asking about it - they will not speak and only do it over mail???

just paid off one half of my booking, had the other half on a seperate page.
clicked to pay the second booking which then logged me into the other one and ive now paid £300 extra

so close it down log back into the one i still owe, clicked to pay balance it then pays it off except a penny which it now wont let me pay!!!!

Sounds like the kind of company that goes bust and doesn't have the right cover so all its customers get stranded.
