A small sturdy shed, and cold grow?

Just a small shed, to keep tools on an allotment i've just got. Loads of websites available, but don't know whats good and whats shite.

Ideally need the cold grow and shed to be sturdy, as it'll probably be broken into a fair bit. Not bothered about price, but the less the better.

Avoid places like B&Q & Homebase, ive had 2 from a local company that builds them to spec & there much better quality.
