Most insurance companies only ask for 3 years history anyway.
Just put in your 5 year history then go to the cheapest individually.

Thought it was within the 5 years you had to tell your claims etc? Same for convictions. Never heard of an insurer that does within 3 years

As john says a lot of them only ask for 3, admiral is one for instance, im just sure I done a comparison website that asked for 3

i always use elephant, admiral or bell because they only ask for 3 years.
all comparison sites i used asked for 4 or 5 years.

it will ultimately depend on the insurer. if you do it on a comparison site that asks for 3 and then it gives a quote from an insurer that asks for 5 youll have to update your quote when you check the details
