Think what your Grandma would drive.

Must be MAX 1.4 (1.2 prefered), FULLY AUTO not semi (so have P R N D on the gearbox), MUST BE SUB 2K (with average milage and in average condition).

106/Saxo out of the question as I hate how unsafe they are

My list so far is:

Corsa B 1.2/1.4
Corsa C 1.4 (Not that god awful easytronic gearbox)
206 1.4
Yaris 1.3
Clio 1.4
Micra 1.3

The old Colts don't come in Auto, the Diahatsu's are horrible?

They just worry me mate, I've seen a few fold in a crash, remember the ex's being flimsey as hell. IIRC they don't have side impact bars or anything.

She's failed 2 manual tests and she start commuting to work in 2 weeks. I'm on taxi service duty till she passes.

Bus routes aren't good, it's do-able but a car is 1/4 of the time. 42 mile round trip
