Just been bought for £87m.
Bit ironic that Martin Lewis has made so much money from it, although he is giving £10m to charity which is decent.

Half the payment is paid after 3 years based on "website growth and trust growth".. thinking they may have some problems with growing trust in the site having Moneysupermarket as owner rather than being fully independent.. Editorial agreement or not.

Curious what is in it for MoneySuperMarket, its clearly a commercial decision, no one spends 87m quid unless they want to see a bit back.
The moderation is so damn strict on there I wouldn't imagine there will be much of a debate about it.

69% of MoneySavingExpert's income came from moneysupermarket referrals, that probably played a big part.
