how would i be able too support the engine with out a support beam or a hoist need to drill a sheared bolt out and change the gearbox thanks

Depending which engine you may get away with leaving the lower rear mount in, in which case a block of wood on a jack will be OK.
If not then just chock the back with wood and strap it to the bulkhead so it doesn't rock, driver's side mount can stay in so you just need to reduce how much if can pivot off that.

Just drop it down off the damaged mount, the other two will hold it. Then just us a trolly jack, with a block of wood, like Ian said. To lift it back into postion.
