I sold my Punto on eBay. The lad has promised me he will collect the car he won on auction numerous times. It's getting beyond the joke and now he's ignoring my calls/texts. I've faced facts that he isn't turning up and I'm going to be stuck with eBay fee's for a car I haven't sold. I have his phone number so I'm now determined to fuck him over by signing him up for a load of shite. Any advice?

As per Mike's advice. You will get the fee back no problem.

Don't post his number, I'm not dealing with a harassment case because Jay doesn't know the procedure.

No thats fair enough. I will try and get my fee's back but on a personal level, I'd like to wind him up.

I would focus my efforts on just trying to sell the car rather than wasting time trying to 'get back' at him if I were you.
We all know eBay has a load of morons using it, and there is a 100% possibility that someone will piss you off on there at some stage - that's life I'm afraid, I deal with idiots like that on a weekly basis.

I god yeh I know this. He's not the 1st and he won't be the last. I know it sounds really petty and it's not the end of the world. But for me to spend half hour registering his number for some annoying subscription is no skin off my nose.

When NPB's are filed and completed, ebay should put some kind of generic message on their feedback about it. I know you can restrict auctions currently to people who've had something like 2 NPB's in a month but that field should be wider so you can restrict people who've ever had them imo.

I signed a guy up to lots of no win no fee solicitor callbacks. If they actually worked he should have got one roughly every half hour (you specify call time)
A few bits of junk mail aswell
I don't care how immature it is it made me feel better

Yeah. Lodge as said non payment in Resolution centre then after 4 days you close case as payment still not recieved and you'll get fees back.
Then relist.
I did this with my bike.

Put the punto up for sale with his number as the contact dirt cheap. Just post in the description something along the lines 'quick sale wanted as fed up with time wasters' and 'please call after 9pm due to work'
