Rite I just fitted the 2ltr brakes to a sport n brake is soft n wen it locks up the it onli the back brakes locking up but never had the prob wen had the standard brake on the 1.4 any clues

Sounds like air trapped in the front callipers, have you tried re-bleeding them?

Yes about 100 times lol I'm gunna re bleed them with a ezi bleed kit see if tat works

Are the calipers on the right way, bleed nipples at the top? I managed that even after years of telling it to people

Try clamping off the rear flexi hoses when you bleed the fronts, usually works!
