Hello, basically I sorted out the rattling when I pull off and that was due to the clamp hitting the rear axle.
Now if I put my foot on the exhaust or my hand and use a little bit of force I can move its position, it also seems to be hanging a little lower then it should.
Would new exhaust rubbers sort this problem out at all? is it because my old ones are stretched?
Thanks

Fair enough but would they be the cause of the exhaust being able to swing? Mine are fairly stretched and are showing real bad signs of wear so could be worth replacing them.
Where do you attach the cable ties too?

Yea I thought they were the only exhaust rubbers there were
And I don't see how cable ties around them will lift them up higher.

well my cars prety low so the cable ties will go around the rubber and i will push the middle box up while tightening the cable tie around the rubber it will support the middle box more..

New rubbers are cheap as chips from a motor factors, won't hurt to replace them if they look worn anyway

So0 the cable ties are going on the rubbers near the rear bumper, and while your doing that you will push the silencer up?

yeah you have to as i say im doing this to my centre box as it scrapes like a dog and just make sure you do a neat job and trim the excess.. should therefore bring it up a bit and support it a bit better

I have no knocking now, just wanted to know how I can stop the backbox from moving? As even the silencer in the middle moves when I move the backbox so guess there is nothing I could do?

Anyone got any pictures of how these cable ties attach or can someone explain a little clearer where they go round and attach too?
