Supposedly a homeless man hands this guy the above note and a $50. He posts online and people decypher it and it tells him to meet at X place at X time and ask for Mr Input All the comments are just loads of speculation etc on what it is, some saying it's marketing for the new batman etc God knows, but it makes for a good story lol

It'll be an ARG for a film/job (probably Batman as they did one for the original film) or the guy is trolling. Cool either way, especially the timestamp on the back of the note.
