Looked like pram wheels mate, hated them. Was on a big astra coupe and (imo) wouldve looked better with a slighty higher profile tyre.

Any pics of said coupe with the 18s M16KE B?? Did they rub with those tyres on??

Been offered some Penta's, and thinking about them for my Coupe, but they are fitted with the standard 225/40/18's and some say they will rub badly, and some say they have fitted them with that tyre size and its been fine.

225 40 18 are a lot cheaper size and way more common on production cars. Think I've got about 15 215s, probably 400 225s in the stores at my work.

The 225/40s come standard on my LCR anyways.

225/40/18 come standard on my car.

However someone had fitted 235/40/18 to it. Look no different though IMO.

Rub? you must be joking! couldve set up a gypo camp in those arch gaps.
