It's not about whether he should be allowed to be naked or not, he's clearly not been up until now and spent 10 years in jail for it.

He could have put some clothes on when walking through a populated area and swanned about his back garden all hanging out, instead of being in jail.

Why would you rather he was in hospital, out of curiosity? Folk are killing and maiming others and getting off with next to bugger all. This man gets his willy out and gets the jail for years. And no one bats an eye!

He spent most of his time in solitary confinement apparently, you don't get given that pleasure for nothing
