Looks good. Not a fan of the back end of it at all, or the black bonnet.

Other than that it looks really nice

I think it would match nicely if you painted the roof black

Right? It has been on my agenda for a long time now, will paint roof/mirrors/grills & some other things gloss black. the wheeltrim/ABS bumperparts will be given the black plastic color (will treat the faded with some special product).

Archie is right:

..also, Opel came up with GSi (Grand Sport injection) in 1983 as a response to the Volkswagen GTi Golf.
Up until 1998 the title GSi was given to only the top models. From then on they switched to OPC (Opel Performance Center). With an exception for the Opel Corsa C, that model had the GSi label up to the year 2006.

In 2007, the label was brought back to life, but now not synonym to the topmodel, which is still the OPC.

So no, I did not glue that badge on the sides ..

The euro scene is so much different to the UK. In the UK that would get slated to high heaven!

Lol, I don't believe there to be much difference in scenes geographically, individual taste however..
I like the 2 tone look, and the way the colours 'pop' for a 15 year old car.
And of course the handling, speed & acceleration, there are a lot of drivers (with on paper way more powerful, and more recent technology equipped-cars) that were left flabbergasted .

Ordered a aluminum cone the other day, and some Ram Air 80mm tubing that got delivered yesterday.

Tube was too lon,,. Saw VII

I needed some fine mesh to prevent stuff from getting into the airbox. Regular racemesh would still allow filth to get through. Of course there is finer racemesh out there, but to go and buy some for this small of a piece I need..
Went shopping and found a penholder made of fine black mesh, for only €0,59. Cut to fit the cone and fitted it.

Dipped the cone black

No longer need this

Mounted it all behind the mask, size of tubing is perfect for the Morette, did not have to modify anything.

@ airbox

In other news, back to stock mirrors, but electric and heated ones this time. Just need to wire it all.

Now I just have to wash it properly today, been too long due to #sh*ttyweather

Bought a nice switch with a seperate button for the heating, just €10,- including shipment!
Just waiting on the relais for it, and a cover wherein the switch is fitted, and from what I understood some wiring from plug X7 to the fusebox, then everything is ready to be installed (the wiring for the mirrors and switch is already there).

Yesterday I finally washed the Corsa, will post some pics later.
