No quite true; Coe said you probably could wear Nike trainers. And Locog has since released a statement saying that all types of branded clothing is allowed -
quote: "any individual coming into our venues can wear any item of clothing, branded or otherwise"
You probably will get rejected for wearing a Pepsi top though
