Can any early XE loom (dizzy engine) fit any early engine so it wouldn't matter if it was from a cav or calibra loom to fit a astra gte engine?

Early looms don't have a o2 sensor.

mine did
and yes i think you can mix and match the early looms to any early engines, just get one that has o2 sensor if you have an o2 sensor

A 20XE loom won't because it doesn't have a cat, but most do.

for dizzys go by ecu non lambda fp or with lambda fx and a few others all looms interchangeable aslong as you use lambda with the lambda loom
