Hello

Plan on starting Insanity again and hopefully lasting longer than last time

lost around 10lbs last time but put it all back on since.

I am going to a wedding in 3 weeks so wish to get down to 12ish stone by then and lose another 1/2 a stone to a stone after it.

I do a relatively active Job involving heavy lifting and play about 150 mins of football a week so i'd say i was reasonably fit.

I will be doing a few runs a week, football, Insanity and Ab Ripper X at least once.

I will try and update this thread once a week or once a fortnight.

WEIGHT - 12:12 fully clothed

FIT TEST RESULTS - SWITCH KICKS - 85
POWER JACKS - 54
POWER KNEES - 75
POWER JUMPS - 25
GLOBE JUMPS - 9
SUICIDE JUMPS - 11
PUSH UP JACKS - 20
LOW PLANK OBLIQUES - 44

Results seem pretty good to me so far
