Do you need a Visa for 5 nights? Do you need the new style electronic passport?

Tried googling, but its just a standard checklist i've found, not just for New York.

You will need the ESTA thing

yes you need ESTA which is chargable but is valid for 2 years

Once you apply and accepted they give you a certificate number but you do not need any paperwork when going through border control as you have to complete a landing slip anyway

Depending on time of arrival and also number of flights be prepared for a long wait - sometimes up to 2 hrs

Have you ever been or are you now involved in espionage or sabotage; or in terrorist activities; or genocide; or between 1933 and 1945 were you involved, in any way, in persecutions associated with Nazi Germany or its allies?

just like any other clearance form - Have to do loads of them for work when a customer requests our guys to be vetted - all have the same question
