Anyone got a Haynes Manual with all the torque settings for the c20xe engine that they could scan & email me?

Need the torque setting for casing on the F20 gearbox due to replacing 3 gaskets but will be needing the correct setting for many other parts later on.

Can't find the torque settings for the gear box casings anywhere.

Think i might just do them up to the same setting as the sump.
