Im propper tempted by this, whats the crack with open pit? is there plenty of space to walk round and have a nosey at stuff? or is it manic?

Open pit means you don't have to go out on track in sessions Matt, meaning you go out and come back in when you want (within reason)

Means you can go on track and come in whenever you want. You can stay out all day if you want lol although the car won't like that. It's basically as opposed to sessions where they do 20 mins where you all go out at once and come back in at once

Open Pit Lane is the one to go for

The last one I went to (didn't drive however) the briefing guy said marshals will pull you in if they think you have been out to long. I think this was based on you getting tired and them obviously not wanting you to cause an accident.

Yeah to be fair me saying you being out on track all day was an exaggeration, but that's the general idea. You can have more or less as much track time as you want within reason

will let my brother know he has another r26 to follow!

i dont really have any wheel/tires for track currently! choice is either to buy some new 17x8j wheels to put slicks on, hope it rains and just use road tires or get some very worn ao48s put on my other spare wheels and take them to use up totally! lol

brothers car maybe has little more power then standard, he has just bought some cl pads! he has some slicks to put on for the day if its dry tho! thats about it tho!

i just hope the van is quicker, lol

I have CL6 pads they are great! i have AD08, he wont be able to use full slicks if he hasn't got a cage.

i read that but never seen then stopping people for running slicks! will have to go back to road tires if he does! then i will definatly be quicker, hehe

sounds good, i ordered new wheels today....... but were not in stock but hopefully manafacture is sending them straight to me..... will arrive friday hopefully, tires fitted then wheel painted before monday morning then!!!! lol
