meh, so far.
And got a part request for an item that we cant test as we dont have the chassis it fits into. not that it matters too much as we got no engineers in at work to prep any parts before shipping to site, so that's given me a headache already.

not much, just on a support call with a 78 year old woman she's spent the last 6 minutes moaning and won't frigging listen to me she keeps rebooting her router while i'm trying to get her to run some remote support software
