Had the allotment since July now, so thought i'd share a few pictures...
Going to mainly be growing stuff i'll be eating. Didn't realise how much work is involved in maintaining an allotment, learnt quite a bit already.
Will be sorting Shed & Boundary fences out at some point, but atm, nothing will really be growing, so its not at the forefront for now.
When I got it in July...

Went away for a few weeks and came back and it went like this

So realised it wasn't going to be a once a week jobby to maintain
After a weekend of sorting it out, got it looking like this...

And last weekend, I finally planted out Lettuces and Raddish... So this is where i'm at at the minute.

Stuff at the bottom of the plot is comfrey mainly used to stick in compost, as it makes stuff grow like crazy.

on a serious note, I'd love an allotment. I've planned a raised quite a big herb bed in my garden with rosemary, oregano, thyme, mint, etc. but would love a proper allotment like this

I'm not sure whether I have enough time for it to be honest! But still going to give it a good go.
