Layered photoshop files is passed by email.
Let's say at least 1280x900 working size.
Preview's uploaded at 800x900. Or is 1024 better? High quality JPG.
Previous image must be easily recognizable.
Serve must be an unedited image.

That'll do, 1024 preview would be alright imo...?

I'd also say layered files by email might not work as well if more join in, just keep popping the JPG up imo?

Also, we could end up with a pretty crappy quality that way, so I'd say 1024 preview and full sized, layered PSD hosted for download.

Doesn't really matter where PSD + preview is hosted tbh. Could just be Dropbox/CloudApp/FluffyApp/Google Drive whatever people have available.
