If the job is done right there should be almost no filler.

That's right for a quarter. U can get a full quarter with more c pillar that joins upto the b pillar but obviously it's more.

Never done one for a B but all the others I've had from Vaux for C's D's astras etc always come with more but I don't do the ordering so not sure what's ordered.

But surely the cost involved in bracing, cutting welding etc outweighs the time needed to strip it and reshell. You could get a bare shell respray

at reshell instead of fitting a 1/4. You'd get roughly 10 hours to fit a 1/4. How long do you think it takes for a re shell?

HE could strip to a shell himself, leaving just prep and paint to do by someone else.

TBH whats the chances of him finding a MINT shell with no rust atall when hes got one pretty much already it just needs a panel replaced! Thought of buying another corsa when most of my arch had rotten away and most of the rear panel had but just far better of replacing it

this car is going to be mint and money is no object so the best thing to would would be new panels.
everyone has differnt thought of doing things and im doing my way.
for getting full quarters well vauxhall said they did sell them but they cant get them no more and iv had the only two left in the world because they rang me yesterday and asked if i defo wanted them as they have had spain and germany on the phone asking for them back ha but who knows
